    Formerly known as UTM Racing Team, it consisted of our team in collaboration with staffs from University Technology Malaysia (UTM). It was formed as an initiative to foster collaboration between the industry and academia to support the development of the motorsports industry. This resulted from the call made by the government which encouraged public and private universities and colleges to get involve in motorsports activities.

    Our team started unofficially in 2004 as an our collaboration in R & D project with a group of  staff from UTM International Campus. The team participated in Petronas Sprinta AAM Malaysian Cub Prix and FIM Asia Road Race Championship

    In March 2005, as registered as UTM Racing Team (UTM RT). Our team once again participated in the competition but this time, as an official professional team. The team has competed in the Petronas Sprinta AAM Malaysian Cub Prix ever since.
